Price.Parking lot was not snow plowed; almost got stuck.Very nice and affordable. The parking lot was small and in bad snowing conditions was not plowed. Overall very nice!

Proximity to destination.Rather expensive for what we got.Try to avoid staying on a weekend. The weekday price is reasonable; the weekend is too expensive for what you get.

Very friendly a pleasure to stay.Needed an elevator but didn't mind the steps good exercise.The hotel was great; staff was tremendous, close to the casino and food. Would stay again when I get the chance.

Convenient to Presque isle downs.Some road noise from highway.Motel was handy to Presque isle downs. Staff was efficient and courteous. All in all, it was just fine.

Didn't only had a smoking room available.Had to hunt around for another hotel.I was on a scouting trip for the Seattle Mariners. When I checked in, only room available was smoking. I never asked for smoking, asthma problem. Went hunting around went to Days Inn which was worse. I had to take the room as was going to game that night ...Read More

Every thing was wonderful.Nothing was wrong.Our stay was great, the people where very at the front desk were extremely nice and friendly. The rooms where really clean and your location was great I would recommend that anyone who wants to have a wonderful trip up to erie should stay here.

It was convenient to where we wanted to stay.Broken ice machines, pets running loose and evening staff rude.We will not stay at that hotel the evening staff was rude, all the ice machines were broken and animals running loose on the grounds, and animal poop by our room.
