The staff was accommodating. 
Dirty. When I walked in it smelled. The carpet was so dirty that I didn't walk on it without shoes nor sit in any of the chairs. The sheet had a stain on it. We checked out the next day.

Convenience, friendliness. N/A I stay at this motel every year for the last 4 years. I have had no complaints so far. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
