This place was so dirty and in a rough part of town.

It was only 2 years old and pretty clean.
The carpet in our room needed to be vacuumed.
Eunice Days Inn in Eunice is a 2 year old establishment. The staff was helpful. The room and lobby were pretty clean. The continental breakfast was varied and plentiful. Overall one of the better hotels I have been in.
The room was quiet.
