Upkeep of room was appalling: two ants, toilet flooded, linens were soiled, candy in back.This is one of the apparently more expensive hotels in Evansville, Indiana, but the upkeep of my room was appalling: soiled linens, candy under the bed, insects on my pillow, upon my arrival. Room was clean and not by the elevator or door.Pool was outdoors, but we knew that.Clean, food was good internet worked well.

The hotel staff was friendly, and very helpful when asked for extra items for our room.Not being understood by the housecleaning staff.For the price this was a good hotel, staff was friendly and very helpful, I would recommend it to anyone I know.

Nice staff.Room was not correct. Had to sleep on the floor.Hotel was fine. The room was suppose to be two doubles and got booked as 1 king. When I called to get it fixed, I was told I had to pay $25 to cancel and change room types for your mistake! In the end, I paid $94 to sleep on the floor. Horrible experience...Read More

Location, staff.Not truly setup for the business traveler, work area, small desk.Good hotel I would stay there again. As a business traveler I need more work space. Phone lines that are easily accessible. I don't like to rearrange the room to make it work for me. Also the hotel says you have me down for smoking room, I do not smoke.

The location was great and the option of complimentary dinner was good.My bathroom was dirty upon arrival, my last night-bed wasn't made and no clean towels.Upon arrival, I was put in a room that was dirty. I didn't change rooms because I am very tall and needed a king size bed. There were no others available. The dinners were appreciated and I've never seen that before at a hotel. The price was affordable.
