We have a 24 hour front desk and free coffee in the lobby. We are 21 miles South of Morgantown, WV. Clean.
They gave our key to another guest, who opened the door & came into our room! Over half the time couldn't use our key!Staff registering guests did not know what they were doing - night shift blamed day shift & they blamed the other shift.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, nearness of good place to eat.Please get another shower chair or two. We Boomers are getting shaky on our pins.Granted, Fairmont, WV is not a premier travel destination. However, I have stayed in this motel 7 or 8 times and always found it to be clean, quiet, and altogether pleasant. Convenient to interstate and next to Cracker Barrel.Room had bad odor not associated with smoking.Convenient to Interstate, next to good restaurant, strange odor in room.

Extremely clean and very quiet.Day before checkout was called at 11:30 pm, woke up having to dress and go to desk to clear up their error.Hotel was very clean and extremely quiet throughout the entire stay. Would recommend.

Location.Lots of moisture! No ventilation in the bathroom, there was a fan in there but it did not ventilate. Air conditioner did not get cold.Ok for passing thru and a place to lay your head as long as you don't expect much. I would stay there again.

Location.Trash was outside window and trash truck came at 3am.Hotel room was clean and had plenty of room. There was a lot of road noise and they have trash pickup at 3 in the morning. Very clean and beyond expectations for the price.Continental breakfast area was in a walkway from door to rooms-had to pass through to get to rooms.In comparison with other hotels, the price and quality was excellent.
