Hotel smelled pleasant; staff more than merely "accommodating".No TV (cable) guide, towels were rough as burlap, sheets not highest quality.Excellent location, congenial staff, (they extended checkout 1-1/2 hr for us without charge); we had front room, right over lobby, but it was quiet and beds were reasonably comfortable. The willingness of the staff to relocate us after we complained about the condition of the tile in the bathroom.The tile in the first bathroom had mold in it and the grout. Needs to be professionally cleaned and resealed.The hotel is in a good spot in the small town of Farmville. I thought the rooms were smaller than they should have been.

Super friendly staff!Beside a 24 hour gas station. Very loud at all hours of night.The hotel staff are very nice & accommodating.
