Clean rooms, friendly staff.One time we ordered room service and they told us we needed to come and pick-up.We stay here every year when we travel down to Florida and back. We love this hotel. The staff is always meets you with a smile and the rooms are always clean. The room service is really tasty too!

I was there for a total of 12 hours, so didn't really form an opinion.My room was non-smoking, but it smelled like smoke.Aside from the room smelling like smoke, the bed was uncomfortable, the water pressure was poor, and there was no elevator, so I had to lug my computer and suitcase up the stairs.

Friendly staff, great location, family friendly.N/AWas traveling with entire family (5) cross country, stopped and had a wonderful stay, indoor heated pool was a great way for the kids to unwind after several hours on the road during cold temps.

It was close to the interstate and we were traveling for business.They put next to the room with 5 small children who ran up and down the hall and made a lot of noise.It was nicer than I had expected for a two - star hotel. I had requested a 4 but there wasn't one in the area. But it had a beautiful lobby and looked like a nice restaurant. But we didn't get a chance to try it out.

Easy access to interstate. Very comfortable.Can not think of a negative thing to say.I was very pleased with the location, cleanliness and the comfort of the room. I would recommend to others and would stay there again.

Friendly staff.Did not offer Continental Breakfast.This hotel had a friendly staff and they were customer focused. The amenities were adequate and met most of my needs during a one-night stay.

N/AN/AA good value for its class, but beware the window-type air handling units which blow directly onto the bed, and only have two settings, very high and slightly less high. Room service menu is limited, but of good quality.
