Understaffed, uncooperative, checked me out of the hotel.Comfort Inn had only one person manning the hotel at my arrival. 1:30 a.m. I was given a room that was located in the rear of the building with no lights. Nothing, I was stuck with the reservation because of your cancellation policy.See above.The room was old and though functional was not a comforting experience. The exterior was filthy and had not been maintained in many years, poor paint, poor facilities, etc.
