 Positive Comment - Very nice room, staff very polite and smiling.

 Negative Comment - Refrigerator not clean, particles of food in freezer and refrigerator.

 Positive Comment - It was a peaceful room in a peaceful location.

 Negative Comment - Lobby bathroom was a mess, so we had nothing to use after checkout.

Review - Compared to all the hotels that we passed close by, this was by far the most peaceful and pleasant looking place to stay.

 Positive Comment - Excellent breakfast bar!

 Negative Comment - Internet didn't work but they gave me a $25 gas card to make up for it.

Review - Comfortable studio with nice accommodations and an excellent breakfast bar! Quiet at night, too. Attentive staff.

 Positive Comment - The free breakfast was delicious, hearty and satisfying.

 Negative Comment - I did not like the bathroom, because there was not bathtub, just a shower and floor.

 Negative Comment - This hotel was under renovations when I was there.

 Negative Comment - Area where we stayed was under remodeling we had a lot of noise around.

Review - Nice location, clean room, excellent continental breakfast! Will visit again.

 Positive Comment - Staff was extremely helpful and professional.

 Negative Comment - Due to a construction project, not enough parking.

Review - Good value for the money. Quiet, no train noise (a real plus for flagstaff). Comfortable, clean room, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

 Positive Comment - The location was the best for Flagstaff. Other areas of the town were not so nice.

 Negative Comment - They did not have joining rooms.

Review - Staff at check in was very nice and informative about the area and the Grand Canyon. Breakfast was above average! Rooms a much larger than traditional hotel. We had a great night.
