A bit shabby.Convenient location in proximity to expressway.

Breakfast was great.No warning that hot tub didn't work. Sink in room didn't work.When we arrived it took 20 minutes to check in. The room was good enough although only sink did not work. Called front desk and it never got fixed. Area restaurants were sub level and not many things to do.

Location was good, staff very helpful.TV remote did not work, lights were not working properly.This hotel was located in a safe area with easy on/off access to the freeway. The staff was friendly and willing to help us check in early. The lobby area was very inviting as well.

It offered all kinds of amenities.The staff gave away my room and double charged not only one but two cards and didn't even care to figure it out they left it for a manager on Monday.The hotel looked very nice and offered a lot of amenities. I wish that I had stayed longer. But the point of my trip was a stress free night away. When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation or credit card.
