Room not the cleanest, tub dirty, graffiti on wall.
We have stayed a couple times and found it very reasonable, the staff are very courteous and very friendly. It is a great location for shoppers and very family friendly. Many restaurants near by also.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. the staff was great and the shuttle driver saved us from missing a flight.
The pool was small, but clean and could use some updating. There were no towels in the pool area, but there was a shelf for them.

The hotel staff was wonderful, very accommodating!
The pool was cold, too cold for most adults to swim.
The lobby was beautiful and the sitting and eating area were very clean. We got a room very close to the pool, which is why we were there. The front desk associate went to housekeeping for us to get extra towels. I can't say enough about the staff!

Fitness room was not crowded - toes night wings were great - breakfast was good, too.
I reserved a king bed but received 2 queens instead - why make a reservation if you cannot have what you reserved?
It was nice enough that a business associate changed her reservations at another local hotel to stay at the comfort inn.
Great location.
