Great location, friendly associates.
Front desk canceled the wrong reservation originally, however, next person fixed the issues.
Overall, great place to stay. We had a partial view of the river and that was quite nice. As well as the breakfast. I only wish we had time to check out the pool!

The staff was very accommodating.
Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke.
Our first room had a newly remodeled bathroom that was huge. The doors were old so it was loud when other people came in and out of their rooms. The breakfast was great and the lounge had a beautiful view of the river.

Located on the suisaw river. This hotel is located at the front of town by a historic bridge and is in an excellent location. The staff of this hotel were very friendly and accommodating.

Has only stairways to get to rooms, no elevators.
The staff was helpful in getting a room for my parents, that they didn't have to climb stairs - as there were no elevators. Overall, the rooms were ok.

Pier Point Inn is a great location near lots to do for the weekend. Located right across the Siuslaw river from old town Florence, with shops and dining. Make sure you get one of the rooms with a full view!
