Staff was good.It is right in the middle of one of the worst areas of NY.This place was right in the middle of Chinatown (although not described as such). No quality food anywhere. Bad experience.

Exceptional service with staff.Carpeting in rooms & bathroom needs upgrading.Hotel was in great location. Lobby beautiful. Hotel rooms carpeting needed replacing, bath tub was really old. Needs upgrading. Overall was nice.

Front desk staff was more than accommodating and very friendly.They were very strict about how much noise you can make and I don't think I was being overly loud.Overall the hotel was great. The valet staff was very friendly and somehow seemed to remember my name and car every time. The bed, pillows and linens were fantastic.Priced very high for location.Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Restaurant was very slow and seemed to have an expertise in Chinese food, not American.
