We got to leave.Everything.This franchise was poorly kept and just plain dirty. Staff was rude and not competent. I would never stay here again, even if doing so landed me a new BMW.

Convenient and reasonable price for NYC visit.Telephone support very bad at night.Three rooms for 2 nights were reserved for a group persons, unfortunately, due to the international travel uncertainty, a person could not.

Staff in the front desk was friendly and helpful.Staff in the restaurant was talking loudly.Location is quite good because it's close to the subway station. Breakfast was OK but the staff there was not friendly. Room was clean and cozy.

It was close to the airport.There was absolutely no parking and I got a ticket for parking on the street.It was located in a pretty seedy area and it was acceptably clean and the hotel staff were very nice but I had to haul my bags up the stairs and there was absolutely no parking available.

Location to my project site.Lack of parking.The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful in referring restaurants for dinner.

Clean, comfortable, a "standard" comfort inn.It was a 45 minute subway ride from Manhattan.The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and it is in a good area of flushing, close to shear. It is a long way from Manhattan, but the subway is convenient.
