I am a first time user of Priceline and now 4 of my friends/family are going to use it. The hotel upgraded us to a room that was exactly what we wanted. If the had not I can't say the stay would have had the same impact. Kudos to Westin. Priceline and Wes...Read More

I was charged additional $183 on my credit card.
Overall I had a great time. However I was charged additional $183 on my credit card for dinner. I had already been charged for everything the day I left. This needs to be taken care of in a timely matter!

Remodeled rooms and public areas.
Room was a little small.
Very comfortable. Excellent location with a bridge to access the beach. Don Shula's restaurant on-site is a definite plus (if you are not a vegetarian).
