They upgraded me to executive floor with accompanying privileges.
Hot tub wasn't operational, but they offered to let me use the Weston's.
Great value, very nice experience. The breakfast served on executive floor was very good. Evening setup was also very nice. Staff were very helpful. This is a well managed property. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Ft Lauderdale.

Beautiful and romantic hotel, computers with internet access in the lobby, immaculately cleaned each day. Most noticeable is that the cleaning staff were quiet and didn't have a bunch of carts crowding the hallways.

Hot tub was out of order.

Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Cozy.
Power was out when we arrived and we walked 3 flights of very wet (dangerous) strairs outside.
