Location. 
There are train tracks adjacent to hotel, incredibly noisy. Need to say something about trains/noise, rooms okay, and fairly clean.

Comfy bed. $2 local phone calls. Front desk employees were rude, lazy and no help. The gift shop man was no help and very impolite. Way too high and hidden charges on everything.

All rooms are suites It is by the train tracks, very noisey The hotel is located by the train tracks. It is very noisey when trains blow their horns as they go by daily. Location Proximity to railroad, charge for wireless internet Room looked like they weren't finished with a remodel. Spackle in the bathroom, on the wallpaper, on the light fixture. Adjacent to railroad so wonderful wake up call whenever the train blows its whistle. Surly attitude from most hotel employees.

The water fall in the lobby with the turtles. Long wait at check in, rude employees. The hotel has the potential of being a very nice Hotel with a little work on the presentation, and training for staff on customerservice, even if not fully staff, employees can acknowledge people waiting, and try to be a little more helpful
