Location and price.Customer service.I loved the location of the hotel but the staff was not knowledgably and not friendly.

Location.It is a dump, AC did not work, continental breakfast is a joke.The only plus for this hotel is it is location across from the beach. The place is a dirty dump that is only open to collect money while waiting for real estate prices increase to make sale of the property feasible for the owners.

Good location, friendly, good all around hotel.No ice machine, safe didn't have a key, iron didn't work.For the price, great! Excellent location near the beach, business and airport. I'd stay there again.

The location.The room.I felt as the room was not clean. The bedspread had a hole in it. I had to wait for a room to be cleaned after it was given to me because they hadn't cleaned it after the last person left.

Location to the water.Rooms were below average.The hotel was not all that bad but the rooms could use an upgrade. Location to the water is unbeatable. It was loud due to the slamming of hotel doors because they all seemed to stick when opening and closing.
