Close Distance To Beach!Not very clean.Room was a suite in the newer area of hotel and it was a disaster very dirty sheets had hair and when brought up to staff the stated it must of been housekeeping hair, very bad for families to stay at this hotel!

It's an out of the ordinary hotel.The service is bad, no parking, filthy pools, drunk people.It was the worse experience that we've had. The hotel is charming, is cute, nice location. Location, Tiki bar, staff.Cleanliness was lacking, furnishings were extremely dated.The location was convenient, close to the beach (not as close as they advertise). Older, could use updating, definitely needs to have a good "scrub" a lot of funky "substances" on the walls in the bathroom. Check in was fine, as well as check out.

Lively atmosphere.No one at front desk overnight or emergency contact besides 911.Our room was fine until 4:30 AM when the ceiling started leaking heavily. My laptop almost got ruined. Tiki bar was open later than most things in the surrounding area.There was no blanket, front desk not friendly or helpful, parking was very bad.The hotel was sufficient for the one night I stayed, however, overpriced even though surrounding hotels were more expensive. This was very old and a bit run down.

Good location to times square and the beachRooms were not clean, we had what looked like spilled milk or puke on our floor that no one cleaned. Feet were black from carpet. Overall appearance outside as well as inside. Also liked the small pool for my child.Hated the loud tike bar on other side of small pool from us.Liked the hotel and might stay again if price was right and we could stay away from bar.
