Having both a microwave and a fridge!
Initial difficulty getting online to the Internet with my laptop computer in the room.Convenient location on edge of town near the Interstate Highway and the Florida Turnpike. Good security. Adequate parking close to entrances. Safe area for jogging without leaving the premises.
