Access to the pools and beaches and restaurants.
We did not like having to rent the chairs & umbrellas at the beach.
We had a great time. The pool area and beaches area was great. All the activities for the children was a plus. We loved the restaurants that were walking distance from the beach.

The hotel was right on the beach.
It was a very long walk from our room to the lobby. Sometimes our parking lot was full and we had to park in the garage, also a long walk.
The first room they put us in reeked of stale cigarette smoke, even though we were guaranteed a smoke-free room. They put us in a new room without a problem, although, no one helped us move our luggage to the new room. The rooms are pretty average, but we...Read More

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada. We were very pleased with the exception of the size of the room which was very small (we had a bigger room in a much, much cheaper hotel in Branson). The view of the beach was beautiful. We even saw dolphins from our balcony...Read More

I enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was close to everything, and a short walk to the beach. It was more than I thought it would be.

Accessibility to beach and local restaurants.
Door lock to room was inoperable and needed to have maintenance repair.
Overall facility was fine; however the wing our room was located in had problems with the door lock that required repair, thus an annoyance upon arrival of actually accessing the room.

Not one complaint can be made 100% satisfaction.

I was disappointed in the look of the place, the lack of space in room, and the price given that it as a Ramada Inn. I asked for a room on the beach side and they would have charged me extra, which is somewhat rude given they were not very full.
