Overall Rating:
The location was great for our needs. 
The entrance and exit to the main street is too narrow. My wife and I both enjoyed our stay at this location.

Location on the bay was good. Loud people in rooms beside us and across from us. Hotel staff did nothing. Loud people in rooms beside us and across from us. Hotel staff did nothing. Complained twice. Once at around 10 pm on June 27. Once about midnight on June 28, 2008.

Nice pier, staff was super friendly and courteous. Next to a public park that had a loud live band. This hotel was perfect for our needs. The location was great, a little lacking in the housekeeping dept. but the staff was marvelous! Would stay again.

Overall Rating:
The room was excellent but the floors were stained. Stained floors and pillows were too small. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and will use it again in the future.

The location was convenient. This place was a dump. I've stayed in many hotels, motels, and this was so below my expectation, considering the $157 cost. This was a $49 motel. This hotel needs to be taken off your list. It was safe and convenient, but the hotel was , well, a little disgusting. The carpet in the room was so dirty, I didn't want to take off my shoes. The beds were okay, but oh my god. What a dump.

Overall Rating:
Location and view of the bay. I felt it needed new carpet/needed updated. We felt like this hotel fit our needs. Good location, eating places close by and other attractions.
