The staff was friendly, it was very clean and everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance.
The pool was cold and the towels were not stocked, also our children could not play the games in the gameroom as they didn't work.

My husband an myself decided to take a long weekend trip to Frankenmuth and the hotel was a wonderful choice close to everything restaurants, shops etc. I would highly recommend this hotel

I liked the fact that the hotel was very quiet.
The sink area was outside of the washroom and shower area and this area was in the middle of the room, thus making it noisy for anyone trying to sleep.

The hotel was great and within walking distance of downtown Frankenmuth. If I return to Frankenmuth, I will definitely stay at the Springhill. I was able to check in and check out around a busy weekend and was very pleased with the overall accommodation.

Everything about the facility was excellent--food, staff, facility, room.
The pool was a little small, but it was adequate enough for the kids to get out the wiggles.
Wonderful hotel--staff, facility, etc.; no real complaints.
