Great continental breakfast.
Over charge on credit card.Customers need a receipt right after swipe, in order to see what was actually charged to card. I was over charged and a hold was on my entertainment money. It put a damper on my trip.

Staff.Fitness facility could use some work.Was very pleased with this particular hotel in Frankfort. Did stay at a Memphis Fairfield Inn the next two nights and the experience wasn't as good.

The Hotel Hallway and elevator was very warm.The exercise equipment needed maintenance.The Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff did call when entering the room to see if everything was okay. We did question not having a refrigerator and microwave, she was going to check and call back, which she never did.

Very clean and quiet.Could not get connected to Wi-Fi for two days.The hotel was very clean. I would stay there again. Good location. Excellent value.
