Night security guard was a really nice guy.
The pool was bad until they cleaned it the morning I left.

Clean.
Poor snow/ice removal--walks cleared too much packed ice in parking spaces.
Micowave, fridge, safe were nice to have as well as the breakfast service. We visited in unusual weather for the area. Snow shovels were not available in town and the staff was trying to cope with the ice and snow.

The room smelt like an ash tray.
Good for quick overnight stay while traveling not to stay at for a vacation.

Cost.
Old, dirty, run down.
If all you need is a bed and a TV for a minimal cost, then this location serves its purpose, just make sure you keep the lights off. I would not recommend bringing children to the room as everything but the linens were old and dirty.

It was economical.
It was difficult getting in and out of the hotel entrance.
It is decent for the price. The rooms are a bit small but it comes with fridge, microwave, & coffee maker.

Unsafe area! Deteriorating condition of building.
The location is horrible! Very unsafe area. Staff was somewhat accommodating and friendly.

Location.
Run down.
We were very disappointed in this hotel, considering the rating. The staff did not have a queen size bed in a non-smoking room. The hotel was full of loud construction workers who seemed to be up all night.
