Good location for my business trip.
Lobby and public areas in poor repair. Roof leaking and water dripping into the lobby during rain.
No frills. Fair value for the money for a place to sleep on a business trip.

To put it mildly - poop was smeared all over the bathroom ceiling and walls. When I called the front desk they said they would send someone over to clean it up - we went on a tour - came back in 3 hours and no one cleaned it up. It was disgusting.

The lobby was nice.
The room was filthy.
We checked in, saw the room and could not stay. The carpet was filthy and the bathroom was even worse. The front desk person did not seem concerned one way or the other, which lead me to believe she was accustomed to people leaving.
