The Travelodge of Freemont is located 4 miles south of Ohio turnpike, exit 91. The Fremont Travelodge is newly remodeled and is in a quiet location, which is convenient to all local attractions and Shopping. The property is only 25 minutes from Cedar Point Amusement Park, and is only 20 minutes from Lake Erie, Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center, Bowling Green State University, Put-in-Bay, Thomas A. Edison's Birthpalce, Toledo Zoo, Toledo Museum of Art, Sorrowful Mother's Shrine, Seneca Caverns, Wineries, Scuba Diving at White Star Park, Merry-Go-Round Museum in Sandusky, Methodist Conference at Lakeside near Camp Perry National Rifle Matches. Near Lake Erie fishing charter. We are a two story building which allows for both inside and outside entry ways to your room. Location was close to the amusement park we were traveling to.Filthy- torn discolored towels - poor air circulation - filthy.Torn discolored towels - poor air circulation - filthy. This should be a 1 star if on the rating scale. Took at least 5 min for the staff to come to greet us. Only had two towels in the room for a double occupancy. We asked for additional towels.

The future demolition of this place.The lack of any repair/maintenance, the smell.I'll never stay there again, in fact I left the place at 3 am on the first night and didn't return.

Absolutely nothing.It was completely disgusting, beds weren't made, room wasn't clean, mean spirited staff.The worst hotel I have ever seen. Absolutely filthy, stains everywhere, unclean rooms. Our rooms were not even clean when we showed up and the staff treated us rudely.

Located close to the interstate.Uncomfortable room and bed, hotel staff hard to be found.The hotel was pretty clean. The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hotel staff was hard to find.

Price.Stale odor in the room.I would stay again. The smell in the room was not pleasant. Had to get used to it.
