Massages, free wireless internet throughout the hotel, very friendly staff, and beautiful atmosphere.
Carriage ride could be improved. But was still very beautiful and professional.We actually stayed at the adjacent West Baden Springs Hotel on the other side of the resort grounds. what a phenomenal experience! Was very nice decor.Did not like the room had a handicap bathroom with hand held shower.The sea food buffet was excellent, did not have internet and

The beauty and grandeur.The bathroom was the dirtiest hotel bathroom I have ever been in.A beautiful retreat. Something for everyone. Did not price gouge with the food costs. The pool was very resort like. The bathroom in my room was extremely dirty.

It's a wonderful historic hotel and it's fabulous to see it, once again, the grand hotel it was meant to be.N/AA1 super hotel - the place is marvelous with all sorts of activities for everyone. There was always something to do - even if just wandering around the halls to check it out.

N/AN/AThe pool was great! The hotel had enough amenities to keep the kids busy for two days without ever leaving the building! The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The pizzeria and deli had very slow service, however.

The staff is so nice! The hotel is abslutely beautiful!The Saturday night buffet didn't compare to other hotels. There wasn't a lot of choices.It is beautiful Can't wait to visit again next year!
