Though hidden, this is one of the best places to stay in Fresno for its cleanliness, rooms with full sized refridgerators, electric stove and microwave. I really enjoyed the convenient separate living space and separate bedroom.

Great breakfast, nice room, great stay.
A little too close to the fwy, just a little noisy.
Check-in was fast and easy. My kids wished we would have had time to use the pool, tennis court and basketball court, maybe next time. This is a great area, food, shopping and entertainment everywhere! Would definitely stay again.

Seclusion. Cleanliness of room. Some personnel (like Lisa). Dog friendly. Thermostats. Free newspapers.
Some personnel were not friendly (like Angie). Room was not ready when promised.
This hotel has a problem with their check-in, check-out times, and its ability to have rooms ready at the proper time. The breakfasts are really average, or worse. Prices are too high.
