The manager at the front desk was very accomadating.
No covered parking in the heat and the concern of finding a parking space.

Hotel room was very comfortable.
We were placed in room overlooking front of hotel. Woken up several times by tour buses in the middle of the night.
Nice hotel located in the downtown area of Fresno. Unfortunately several tour buses arrived and left in the middle of the night and our room was on the second floor right above the noise and hum of buses and tour groups. Woken up at 1:30, 4:30 and 6.

Got an unsatisfactory hotel room due to a water leak in room.
We were put in a hotel room with a water leak even though the hotel already knew that room had issues. I found this unacceptable.
