Recently renovated price was fantastic.Old building smell or odor.Great price and very convenient to University of Florida. Perfect for short stays. Older hotel recently renovated. Happy about the value we got.

Conveniently located close to Shand’s Hospital.The hotel/rooms are older/dated.The hotel was average - not too bad - not too great. It was clean enough. We love the fact that it is so close to Shand’s - just wish it were a little bit more updated.

The beds were extremely comfortable.Repeated trips to the concierge to get card key to work. Never did work, didn't have a key at all to the room or entrance!Terrible place to stay. Seedy characters hanging around the building. Card entry key did not work, so we had to have maintenance man let us in as did a number of others.
