Location was good and service was passable.
Facilities were old and in poor repair.If you need to save a buck, go here, otherwise forget it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Drain in shower kept backing up.The room was clean, the TV and plumbing fixtures worked, the bed was comfy, and most of all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing.Hot room, hot refrigerator, cold water in shower, remote did not work, etc.This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. There was no AC on when I entered the room and it took 24 hours for the unit to cool. Good staff.It was in a rough area.The hotel was satisfactory, I wasn't happy with the price for what I got, in fact if I didn't go thru you it would have been a lot less expensive.

N/AIt was so bad we did not stay.Cockroaches, dirty linens, dirty laundry from former travelers. Used sanitary pads in trash cans, AC malfunctioning, dumping water onto carpet. It was awful. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn't not enjoy my stay at the Gainesville Knight's Inn at all!Room and grounds were incredibly dirty. Bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned.I will never stay here again. It was very unkept and there were homeless people on the grounds of the hotel.
