The location was convenient for me.The bathroom tub had a big stain.This hotel needs a serious upgrade. The room furniture and bedding needs to be replaced.

Very close to the place I needed to be in Gainesville.Dead bugs in room.This hotel met all my needs for my trip. My daughter and I each had a bed, slept well and the room was quiet.

Good location.Poor housekeeping and mold in bath.Need to re-tile baths- no vents to take care of moisture, housekeeping was awful- no vacuuming, clean sheets, etc., if you stay more than one night. I had to go ask for towels the second day.
