Rooms were nice, clean, and attractive. Very close to Disneyland and the shuttle was great!The resort fee of $15 per day and the parking-you had to walk around the whole bldg to get in!Beautiful hotel and rooms. Quiet, convenient location. Spacious room. On time shuttle. Friendly staff.AC and heat do not operate properly. Had to have the hotel engineer fixed it late at night, still didn't work right.Overall, Crowne Plaza is an above average hotel. Spacious room, close proximity to attractions, restaurants, retail, and drug stores. Except for the room ventilation system, I would say that Crowne Plaza is a decent place to stay for anyone.

The rooms were very clean & very quiet.. Free Internet access.The view of the roof and air conditioning units we could have done without. Not enough Disney shuttles.This is a great hotel; Clean, attractive, and well-maintained. Service was friendly & efficient.
