Cheap.No fitness center, under renovations, no paper, breakfast not so good.Overall, I would pick a different hotel. The common areas were under renovation, but seemed to be in a constant state of it (graffiti on the dry wall in the elevators). I liked that I finally got into a non smoking room at 3:00am. The girl told me when I checked in that it was not possible to change rooms.When I checked in I asked to be switched to a non smoking room and was told I could not.The lady that helped me get into the nonsmoking room when I got up at 3:00am was nice and did so. The hotel was very clean. Fridge/microwave available upon request.Our room was not serviced one of the days of our stay.We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We would stay here again in the future. Thank you for the cleanliness of our room and the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel and our room were very clean.The housekeeping staff was up and working very early. Had the do not disturb sign up and she still busted through the door while we were still asleep.Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful. The hotel was centrally located to interstate 85, restaurants and shopping centers. It is close to the airport and beautiful downtown charlotte.
