It was in the place I visited.
Could have paid less at the front desk. Better hotels in the area were cheaper.Overpriced.

The location was perfect. Staff was very helpful. Our room comfortable! Great time.There wasn't a problem.This hotel is comfortable and a perfect location to see all the sites. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would actually stay there again, if I visit the Smoky Mountains again.

Location.Dirty and smelled. All employees always outside smoking.Good location. Very old and not updated for at least 25 years. Rooms run down and beds lumpy. Room smelled musty. Had to turn heat on over the weekend and it set off the fire alarm.
