Great location for access to Natl Park and sites.
Staff did not seem overly concerned about cleanliness.
Bottom line is that is a tired hotel that could be cleaner. Also, don't expect an overly dedicated staff which don't overly care about the presentation/condition of the facility. You're in hillbilly country and its par for the course.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful we liked the balcony also.
Some repairs were needed when we arrived and the balconies should be private they do need a ice machine closer to the end rooms.
We would have liked to have stayed in closer walking distance to the shops. Overall we were pleased with the hotel. We will definitely stay at the hotel again in the future.

Thought it was in a good location.
The room was cold when we arrived and took a long time to heat it up.
W would stay there again for the location. Continental breakfast was good, but not much to choose from. Front desk people were very friendly.
