All or our 53 rooms have a Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, and Hair Dryer. Nineteen of our rooms are Presidential Suites. These have 1 or 2 King sized beds, 5 x 5 Jacuzzi Hot Tubs, Mini Kitchenettes with stove and Fireplaces. We also offer a 20 person indoor heated Jacuzzi Spa which is GREAT after a long day of fun in Gatlinburg. We have a picnic area with grills. And on those hot summer days an outdoor pool as well. Location Description: We are located just off the main strip of Gatlinburg, at stop light number 10. Our building is seven stories high with 53 rooms. We are within walking distance to all the activity which is going on in Gatlinburg, and we're on the same street that goes up to the ski lodge. All the fine eating attractions in Gatlinburg are within three blocks of the hotel. We are located 1 block from the Ober Gatlinburg TramWay, which takes you up to Ober Gatlinburg.

The location is good.
The condition of the rooms is deplorable.
This hotel is disgusting. The walls have water damage with mold and mildew. The place smells awful. The carpet is old, stained, and wet in spots. The furniture is very dated and belongs in a dump. The front desk says management refuses to put any money in...Read More

Away from the big crowds but close enough to everything we needed to be.
Other patrons were not too courteous regarding the parking lot.
Great location for us. My wife loved the adjoining room as our son and his family were next door. The beds were too small for my wife and I, we're average to above average in size. The bathroom had a small leak behind the toilet.
The location is good.
