I liked the location, not too crowded, and was easy to bypass all the holiday traffic.

Very clean, and friendly staff.Was about a five minutes walk to main street on poorly lit side street.The hotel was very nice would recommend for adults, not so much with younger children due to the walk to main street after leaving parking lot, not well lit.

Location was great for me. It's on the edge of town & on the edge of the park entrance.Parking was not the greatest. If your pulling a trailer, it'll be tough to maneuver in the parking lot.For me and what I was going to Gatlinburg for, this hotel was perfect.
