Overall Rating:
Good price for a holiday weekend and close to food stops and Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
No elevator to second floor. Limited continental breakfast in dated public room/lobby.Good location with some amenities such as micro fridge and reportedly free Wi-Fi. But property is dated with high staff turnover and dated rooms and public areas. Acceptable for a stay if low-priced.

The distance from Hobart/William Smith was great and it was clean.The room was a little smelly.I didn't mind staying at this motel. My room was clean, including the bathroom. I was a little nervous that the door to the parking lot was not locked so anyone could have access. I only stayed for one night.

Nothing I like about this hotel.Poor service, rude attitude, will not stay there any more.The attitude of the staff and the manager was very rude. The room is not clean enough.

There is nothing good to report about this hotelThey gave our room away prior to our arrival!I would not recommend this hotel to any living person. Nothing but a rip off with below average accommodations and most of all hard to find where they where located!

The pillows were nice.Wasn't the right room.They gave me wrong bed size, The A/C didn't work to well, The bathroom sink leaked and the tub was clogged. Their TV wasn't in color. and the room smelt of a bad odor.
