N/AUncomfortable beds. Shower terrible. Noisy place.I would suggest something in Georgetown. Quaint town. This hotel needs a serious overhaul.

Location.Very dark and outdated, no pool.We were not impressed with the looks of the hotel but it served our purposes and was clean. It is in a great location to get to many great tourist locations.

Location and surroundings.Not well kept up and not too presentable.Old Super 8. Owners don't try very hard to keep the rooms up. Appears they do only what they have to get the business. Does not meet typical Super 8 standards.

Conveniently located to i70, for travel to winter park resort/grand area, and central city/black hawk area.We were expecting the worse after reading internet reviews of the previous week. They were invalid and untrue.As long as you're not expecting a Hilton type hotel, you will be comfortable in this quaint, clean, friendly hotel. Good common room for breakfast.Paper thin walls in room. Could hear next door clearly.The people at the desk were helpful and friendly. I found the room to be needing a face lift.
