Hotel Description:
The Econo Lodge & Suites is the place you can spend the night and not a fortune. Our hotel offers a complimentary contl breakfast each morning and has an internet/email station in the lobby. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is walking distance to over a 50 store mall with many restaurants and is a few minute drive to Lake George and Six Flags Great Escape. The hotel is also a short drive to Saratoga Race Track, Saratoga Racino and Gore and West Mountain Ski Areas. Local Phone Charge: .35/call. Pet fee 25.00 USD per pet, per night, limit 2 per room. Guest must sign a liability form at check-in. There will be a 150.00 cleaning fee if guests smoke in a non-smoking room. One adult 21 or older in each room. Must have valid credit card and ID at check in. Room Safe 1.50 per night. Hotel reserves the right to charge for early departure.

I don't have any good things to say about this motel.The beds were terrible and not real clean.The room was very small and the bedspreads looked as if they had been clean and the room was not very clean. I would rate it very poor. It was over priced for the condition it was in.

Convient location, independent heat and AC controls for each room, and free paper.Very dated look and small rooms.Friendly staff, excellent location and in room features. The hotel has a rather dated look and the rooms are a bit small but more than adequate. Will probably stay again for an overnight trip but would not recommend for extended trips due to size.

Courteous service.Room was dirty; king spreads on double beds; nonsmoking room reeked of smoke; mattress was lumpy.This hotel is not one I would recommend. Although there were a number of amenities listed they were not functional (i.e. Alarm clock, coffee maker). The room was not clean or well decorated and although billed as a nonsmoking room it reeked of smoke.

The front desk was very nice and helpful.The maid did not clean our room even after we spoke with her the 1st day.The hotel was okay for a 1 star hotel. I did not like the fact that the maid did not clean our room after we spoke to her and asked her to clean it. Overall Rating:
The hotel was close to all major attractions.When we got there our key didn't work in the door.The hotel staff was very friendly and did resolve our key issue.
