The man at the front desk was very welcoming, courteous, and helpful!N/AWhile the suite appeared to be small, the accommodations were more than adequate. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasant experience to stay at this facility!

Liked the suite--outer room with separate bedroom.Include couple plates, utensils, bottle opener in room.Pool was very small, no whirlpool, traffic noise from highway. Close to family restaurants, comfortable bed, sitting room separate from bedroom.

Very clean.Poor customer service.I will not use this hotel chain again. I was treated poorly over the phone and the gentleman, actually hung the phone up on me. My family had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours before they were allowed to check into the room.
