Close to where I wanted to be located, Golden. The Motel was being painted and fumes were bad. Other than the fumes I enjoyed stay at La Quinta.

Bed good quality. Room at rear of hotel on ground floor registered at night no guard in sight I felt afraid. Fair facilities could be more secure especially if a single woman is registering at night there should be provision for escort or other safety measure as room was at the extreme rear of the hotel.

Easy access from freeway. Breakfast could have been better. The over all appearance of this hotel is very good. The staff helped me with questions and/or concerns. The lobby was clean and orderly. The room was clean, fresh, and homey.

The ice machine was right down the hall and good location for red rocks! There was hair in the bathroom, and room smelled stale. Greatly appreciated the continental breakfast, service was decent. Overall the room was clean. I would stay there again. Convenient location!

Clean, friendly, had everything needed for our trip. Shower head was to short for my husband. Needs to be higher. Hotel was very comfortable and our stay was very good. It was close to everything that we were doing that weekend. Only problem was the shower head was not high enough for my 6' husband.
