Badly needs updating, outside conversations/noises are very loud inside the room.I would not recommend this motel. It is in desperate need of updates and felt dirty. Close to Nashville without being right in town.Maid did not clean or change bedding for second night. Service woman at Breakfast area hung out & watched people eat.Staff need to learn English better, maids need to clean rooms that want service not just skip them. Service woman in Breakfast area should not just stand around and watch people eat. WiFi did not work the first night, No daily papers available to patrons....Read More

Easy to get to and near resturants and shopping.Upstairs access to indoor pool balcony without a way to get down to the pool.Ok for an economy room. Breakfast area was small. Tried to use my Delta Airlines number to obtain award miles and was told I could not get the miles. I thought Quality was a partner with Delta.
