Hot tub was lukewarm, breakfast not good, access to parking lot Thur gas station awful.We had stayed at a Comfort Suites on our way to Myrtle Beach last year & loved it. Hot tub.No towels atpool; desk in room completely broken, just sitting on back legs - unsafe.
Poor service from front desk; had to roll the crib up to my room by myself while also carrying my 1 year old; no towels at pool until after 10:00 am. Will not stay here or recommend to anyone.

It was a suite room for a reasonable price.Customer service was poor.This was a suite room, so our children slept on a pull-out couch. In the middle of the night, the couch collapsed. I informed the hotel in the morning and they insisted that they could not give us any type of discount or coupon.

Great location for dinning.Not close enough to Downtown Nashville.The Hotel was very nice, Good Location for dinnig, Shopping and Entertainment. Good Location for an alternative downtown Location for Concerts. The only grip I had was not enough parking spaces.
