The proximity to restaurants and local areas of interest.
No refrigerator or microwave oven in the room.The hotel served its purpose with neither positive nor negative surprises.

The staff made an extra effort to provide a non smoking room.Must have had a dog show in town and did not like to see dogs staying in the rooms.Overall a very good stay, and met all my needs.

The pool was nice.They asked me to wait an hour (I was already checking in at 6 pm) so they could clean a non-smoking room.The top floor hall and rooms smell like an ash tray. The staff did not try very hard to make us feel welcome and took no responsibility for us getting the wrong room type. I had to be pushy with them to get them to do the right thing.

Overall Rating:
The beds were very comfortable.The walls were too thin; I could hear people next door.I liked the town it was in and it was very close to a church I needed to go for a wedding. I did not like the danger zone to turn left out of the parking lot. It was hard to see if traffic was turning.
