Good location.
Air conditioning smelled horrible.
Good Location, lousy air conditioning, it smelled so bad that we couldn't turn it on. Overall I regretted getting this room. I should have spent a few more bucks and gotten a much nicer room.

The guy that runs this hotel is nothing short of fantastic.
Plain box hotel with not much personality.
I picked this hotel because someone had written something complimentary about the owners. My experience was similar. My wife had to take a test and didn't have a pencil so on the way out, I asked the guy running the place if he had a pencil. He ended up f...Read More

It was very quiet, we could not hear neighbors!
The continental breakfast was poor, and they had no coffee perks in rooms.
For the price, this hotel is ok. we enjoyed that it was quiet & private.

Close to the hospital where we had an appointment.
The bed was hard as a rock.
Nice helpful people, in a plain patched over motel.

The location in proximity to grand forks facilities was good.
Difficult to obtain parking when we returned to the hotel during evening hours.
It met my expectations for an economy hotel. If you¿re looking for value this motel will fill your needs.

It had a small refrigerator; door to outside from room.
Cold at first; no shampoo in room; mildew on shower curtain.
The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous but we had to wait five minutes for him to arrive. The room's heater had been shut off but after turning on it heated up fast but it was very dry in the room. The beds were very comfortable with good pi...Read More

It was all right except there was people talking and partying late into the night. I had to call the front desk to complain. Not rested.
Did not rest well due to loud party people.
I would stay there again. Just make sure the party people are at different parts of the hotel.
