Everything.Beds were uncomfortable and small. Price was too high.

Good location.TV was not clear, bathroom fan did not work.It was OK - beds were old and spreads looked old. Bathroom fan did not work. Hotel was just adequate - have stayed in much better for less and we travel a lot. TV must break a lot as there was a maintenance agreement to fill out on top of it.

The pool area was very nice and location was great.No elevators, beds were very squeaky and very uncomfortable, alternate exterior stairs were falling apart and not safe.Several years ago I stayed in this hotel and it was one of the nicest in the area, from what I could tell they haven't made any improvements for at least 10 years. Good location.Noisy air conditioner, old carpets, needs paint.Offers a great location, but lacks in real away from home comfort. Breakfast was ok, room for improvement.

Very clean.Continental breakfast was a little lacking/staff didn't keep up.Great location, clean hotel, professional staff. Breakfast area was a little small and staff in area didn't keep breakfast supplies stocked very well.

Staff was helpful and courteous.Musty odor in the bathroom.Good location and friendly staff, continental breakfast was good. Musty odor in the bathroom was the only negative.

Clean, convenient, pool.I was bothered by the broken back metal on the step we used to get to our room.I was disappointed that the internet access didn't reach our room in the back. The condition of the back stairs were a negative but the room was small but sufficient.

Good location.Only part of the staff seemed friendly.Grand Haven is a great city to visit any time of the year and this location is very nice. It is nice to have a continental breakfast included in the room rate.

Nice pool and nice set up.No elevator.I liked the hotel; it was close to the places that we explored. What was different was you could turn left out of the hotel, you just could turn right and we had to go all the way around but that's okay too.

Nothing.No elevator! Noise all night! Mold in bathroom!They kept charging us, still not resolved. No elevator! Noise all night! Mold in bathroom! Breakfast was a joke, don't expect much. Room TV was a small 19 inch screen. Think twice before using this place.
