Location to the interstate.
The hotel room was full of hair. The tub did not drain. Locked out after midnight for 20 minuets.

The recreation facility was excellent!
Walls, trim, needed to be washed or painted.

The hotel was near a major expressway.
Old rooms, dirty bathroom, needs upgrades.
I would not rate this room as a moderate. No wireless internet, dirty room and bathroom, needs remodeling and upgrades.

Two pools were a plus.
In the middle of construction.
We stayed here because of an early morning flight in the area. It met our needs adequately.

The inside pool area, it is great for kids.
The bathrooms need some work. They didn't look clean to me.
My son and I had a great time. It is really comfortable.
